Refund and Returns Policy

At trend2sphere.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

A return or exchange request will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or accessories (hygiene reasons)

  • Products bought during sale or clearance

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@trend2sphere.com

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return

  3. Share product images/videos if requested

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Customers must provide accurate payment details for refund processing


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy applies


9. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
    Requests after this period may not be accepted.


10. Policy Changes

VB Enterprises reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
